You really should listen to the feedback that you are getting from your readers. If more than 1-2 people are complaining about the same aspect of your website, maybe you should start listening. If the problem bothered them enough to leave you a message, there are probably several others that feel the same way.
Another way that I have noticed which items that have to changed on my website is through comments that I have read on other blogs. Someone might indicate that the blogger’s header is important and has to be altered or that the ads should appear on a certain side of the page.
Some sites have posts that ask for a review of their post by having their readers leave feedback in the form of comments. This is a great way to hear exactly what readers like and dislike about a make money online blog in general.
Ask people to give you feedback on your blog. I welcome comments good and bad about my site, so go for it, i have thick cyberskin. I might cry, but that is all part of the make money game online. If you fall off of the horse, dust yourself off and get right back in the saddle with a smile.
I have received a couple of nasty messages which i wanted to delete right away, but beforehand I tried to figure out why they were so upset. Don’t take it personally. Some people’s jealousy and arrogance clouds their sense of logic.
Do you listen well to your readers ? Are you willing to allow your blog to evolve based on feedback from your visitors ?

Site automation sounds funky and so easy, but will it work ?
I have been contemplating purchasing software that will automatically set-up a website that is ready for ads. The concept is sound. Just add a nice header, plug in some ads and wait for the money to roll in. It sounds too easy to me. What happens when the internet becomes overly saturated with these similar formats ? People may move onto something more unique to read.
If you have numerous domains parked and are looking for a method that might generate more income, then automated site builders is a step up. Instead of just receiving 50 cents a month parking a domain, you may be able to better that amount.
To make money online, you have to learn how to market your sites. If you are half-decent at drawing traffic to sites, then automatized site builders will work well for you. I personally need to develop further my marketing skills since I am relatively a newbie in that arena. Once I have developed a sound system that creates traffic, I will test one of these automated systems for site design.
If you totally automatize site design and content, you may have some trouble in the long term. It will hard to continue to rank high in search engines because your content will not be unique. It would be better if you were to combine unique material and some sort of news flash script that adds different articles on a daily basis.
Have you had any success using automated site builders ?
