Using Web 2.0 to Make Money Online

Web 2.0 is the use of communities that are web-based and hosted services such as video sharing sites. It does sound as if it refers to a technological change, but it doesn’t really. It is an excellent and free way to increase the overall traffic to your blog.

You should attempt to set up mini-sites that link to your main blog using as many different formats as possible. Make a screen cast with freeware explaining how to set-up a great make money online blog that earns big time. Or you can add a squidoo lens that highlights the great information that you are providing via your blog or blogs.

Join lots of social communities and the groups within those sites that relate to your niche. Interact on a regular basis with others within those specific groups. If you interact by leaving comments or starting conversations just twice a day, you will notice that new traffic will be coming your way. Just remember to add a signature link to your blog as often as allowed. Do not spam. Spamming will wreck your online reputation.

Make a short list of tasks that you should accomplish each and every day. For instance, make a point of reading the blogs of people that have started a great conversation in an online social community. Comment within the conversations and interact with these bloggers.

Keep doing the above over and over and your traffic will increase exponentially.
