You do have to have leather thick skin in the beginning. You will most likely earn just pennies the first month or two. Just stick with your blog and keep feeding it unique content.

Learn from others in your niche. Contribute to their growth by getting involved in their posts through commenting. You both can learn from each other. If someone needs your advice, be willing to help them out. Do not ask for anything in return and you will be surprised at the future rewards.

Of course, you should still accomplish your daily blogging tasks such as posting and marketing your blog. However, when someone is struggling, give them a hand. Sometimes this help will involve simply sending them a link to a helpful site or taking a quick look at their blog for a minute or two.
