A great example of affiliate marketing is that of narrowing down and then simply promoting it to death.  First of all, you have to determine how much competition you will have to come up against.  Then you have to willing to work long enough and hard enough so that you dominate the search engines for this niche.

For example, you could promote a service that allows people to download and utilize high-resolution photos.  Since it is relatively easy for people to go online and copy and paste photos into a website, you want to give these people access to a site that will make sure that they do not encounter any copyright problems later on.  For instance, if someone is making an e-book and they use photos that are copyrighted, they may have to pay the owner of the photo a fee or fine afterward.

In other words, you have to start writing articles and making mini sites that explain the benefits of using the services of a site that contains a large database of high-resolution photos for them to use without them having to worry about the legal ramifications of doing so.

Sometimes it’s good to put fear into the heads of these potential buyers, and then to steer them in the direction that will de-stress them.
