1. Narrow down a micro niche that is based on some sort of health problem :

This can be done by going into Google trends and writing done three or four concerns that people are having about some sort of health problem. Then go into Yahoo answers and search for questions and answers that people have left based on those phrases.

2. Write down a few of those questions :

Now go to the Google search engine enter those terms in quotes and if the number of competitors is less than 5000, I would personally go for a particular key phrase.  By the way, if there is at least one google ad showing on the right hand side, someone is paying to rank for that term so you can try out the free ways to rank into order to show up on the first page of google.

3. Set up a blog on one of the free services such as blogger :

Now what I want you to do is to add some posts to a blog or blog using those keyword phrases as the titles of the posts.

Goal To Increase Ranking In Search Engines

Anchor text is extremely important for search engine optimization !

I have another goal that I wish to accomplish. One of my websites that I had purchased from someone is currently appearing in the 11th position in a google search for a certain keyword phrase. This particular keyword phrase is directly related to the theme of this website. If I were to appear near the top of page one, I know that the revenue will increase greatly. The website is generating income currently that is satisfactory, but I know that it has the potential to earn a lot more.

Here is my plan of attack First of all, I will revise the website by adding more content to it. It only has two articles on it right now. Then I will write another article that I will submit to numerous article directories. Next I will try to figure out why certain sites are appearing on page one by examining their backlinks and the anchor texts that they are using. Afterwards, I will try to obtain the same or similar backlinks. Now, for the waiting game. I will just let the site sit for 2-3 months until the backlinks have been validated by the search engines. Wish me luck and of course I will let you know how it turns out.

The Evolution Of My Make Money Online Blog

I love adding to my domain portfolio. It increases my future passive income !

I decided to make an update on the direction that my make money online blog is going. This is my very first blog and I enjoy posting to it.

I am in the midst of changing gears with my portfolio in general. I plan on adding even more domains to my portfolio. The amount of time that I will spend on setting up each domain will be reduced since I need to expand the number of sites that I own.

One problem that I have personally is that instead of working on adding building backlinks to my site, I try something and then I check the changes in traffic.  I have decided to check only weekly my statistics for traffic.

I am still a newbie and this blog’s main focus is outlining my journey towards building a dependable passive income. The mistakes that have made and the progress will be showcased for all to read

My blog will still cover the general niche of making money online of course. Nevertheless, I will try to explain the reasoning for the trying out of different methods and the end results of these experiments.  For instance, I read a great post on one of favorite sites bloggernoob that made me realize that investing in the growth of your portfolio is the way to go. Spending lots of money on testing advertising is sometimes very risky and investing in adding value to your domain empire is much more logical.

This doesn’t mean that I am going to buy hundreds of domain names tomorrow.  It just means that I will continue to add to my portfolio in a controlled fashion. I will develop each and every one that I have as quickly as possible. After a site is launched, the linking phrase that involves lots of grunt work will start. I will spend 70-80 percent of my time building backlinks. Before I was devoting only about 25 percent of my time setting up links to my blog.

I will keep you updated as often as possible on my progress with this new approach.
